AI Optimization Specialist

seeking a sharp, execution-focused AI Optimization Specialist to lead the identification, design, and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies across all departments. This role will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and improving productivity using modern AI tools and automation techniques. You will work closely with departmental leaders (Sales, Marketing, R&D, HR, Customer Success, Finance) to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

What You Will Do
Conduct a full audit of internal operations, job roles, and workflows across the company.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or repetitive/manual tasks that can be automated with AI.
Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g., copilots, chatbots, workflow automation, NLP, generative AI, data analysis models).
Build and pilot internal AI use cases (e.g., automatic ticket triage, content generation, lead enrichment, meeting summarization, QA testing automation).
Collaborate with security and IT to ensure tools are secure and compliant with company standards.
Drive change management and onboard teams to AI-enhanced workflows.
Measure impact: cost savings, time-to-execution improvement, productivity gains.
Stay ahead of the curve with developments in AI tooling and assess new technologies continuously.
