We are looking for a talented Buyer to join our growing Finance team.
As a Buyer, you will be responsible for local & global procurement, indirect categories, playing a significant role in enabling and maintaining our global supplier base, purchasing processes, procure-to-pay systems, and defining and implementing procure-to-pay policies. Youll assist business partners and suppliers navigate the onboarding and purchasing processes while maintaining compliance with key controls.
The Buyer will be working closely with Finance & Legal teams. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and should have high attention to detail as well as demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Global purchasing focal point: manage purchase orders end to end, from issue to delivery
Reduce global company costs & improve terms
Lead negotiations and contracts end-to-end, work with all relevant stakeholders (Business, Legal, Finance, etc)
Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers
Vendor relationship management
Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Bachelors degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law or Business
Over 2 years in a global Procurement role
Experience in negotiations
Ability to meet savings and ROI KPIs
ERP knowledge (preferable NetSuite) - advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance immediate/long term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity
Excellent communication skills and serviceability
Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills - advantage.
