As a Product Manager , youll be part of a dynamic product organization, own a strategic value stream, and drive end-to-end delivery from roadmap definition through customer adoption. Youll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Marketing, and Forward Development Engineers (FDEs) to deliver products that empower governments and defense organizations worldwide. This position reports to the Director of Product Management, leading the Public Sector offering.
What will you do?
Lead product exploration based on customer insights, market feedback, and company strategy.
Engage with global customers and prospects to validate new product ideas and refine the roadmap.
Define impactful features and tools that maximize customer value and adoption.
Work hand-in-hand with engineering to translate needs into functional and technical requirements.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Support Go-To-Market activities, including enablement, documentation, and messaging.

Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience (B2G/B2B), with a proven track record in public sector products (governments, militaries, or intelligence agencies) a must.
Proven track record of leading products from discovery through delivery and adoption.
Strong experience engaging with senior decision makers in intelligence or naval organizations.
Technical orientation or background (engineering, intelligence systems, or data analytics) an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
