Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager, who will partner with our company and will be responsible for delivering projects for our existing clients.
The project manager will handle the implementation of clients requests and upgrades. He will serve as the project liaison between the company and the client and is responsible for all aspects of the project: Scope, Timeline, Communication, and owning the relationship with our clients
The project manager represents the client within our company and our company in front of the client. The project manager works independently, under general and professional guidelines, on routine tasks, problem resolution and any escalations, when required.
Responsibilities
Manage work through the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements.
Work internally with various functions such as (but not restricted to) developers, product team and customer success managers to ensure success as defined by scope of work, timeline, quality, operational needs, and resources.
Complete accountability, from engagement to delivery, for all planning, commitments and on time delivery of our company solution to customers
Customer facing focal point. Responsible for customer satisfaction
Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product, infrastructure, integrations, etc.
Communicate the progress to customers and internal teams.
