About the Role
A leading hi-tech company is looking for a Head of Recruitment to drive and manage end-to-end hiring processes for both internal technology roles and outsourcing/contractor positions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and plays a key part in supporting the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.

Lead hiring for outsourcing/contractor positions alongside internal roles (mandatory).

Manage and mentor a small recruitment team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for high-tech talent.

Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in high-tech recruitment.

Mandatory: Experience in recruiting for outsourcing/contractor roles.

Strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience leading and developing a small recruitment team.

Advantage: Familiarity with defense-related recruitment.

Proficiency in ATS systems (Commit ATS strong advantage).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Relevant academic degree.
