We are looking for a strategic and business-savvy legal professional with vast experience leading M A processes and a strong corporate background who can effectively manage legal risks while supporting business growth.

Reporting to the CFO, the Group General Legal Counsel will work closely with the management team on strategic M A transactions, customer agreements, partnerships, and projects to support and expand our product offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements,
Including:
M A contracts (SPAs, APAs)
Cloud/software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements
Software licensing contracts
Professional Services agreements
data privacy policies
Channel partner agreements
Various go-to-market agreements
Ensuring compliance with domestic and international data privacy laws

Requirements:
Requirements

A natural multi-tasker able to see the big picture and set priorities, down to a
detailed technical spec.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate well with remote
stakeholders and teams.
Full proficiency in English a must.
