VP Global Operations

We are looking for a highly strategic, execution-driven VP Operations to report directly to the CEO. This is a key leadership role focused on increasing the CEOs impact by helping drive cross-functional initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the executive team.

Youll serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, operating at the center of decision-making and helping turn strategy into action.

What Youll do:
Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the CEO across a range of business and organizational topics.
Drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end from planning and execution to tracking results.
Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board updates, and company-wide communications.
Serve as a central point of contact across departments to facilitate clear communication and execution.
Anticipate the CEOs needs and help manage priorities, time, and focus.
Lead or support special projects, often of confidential or high-impact nature.
Act as an internal problem-solver and unblock critical issues before they escalate.
