Coordination of construction programs with the Director of Construction
Oversight of site supervision teams, assisting in delivery and removal of blocking issues.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams
Coordinate between civil works, dry and wet utilities, and interface points
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and project management teams
Represent the project in meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience in construction in an urban environment, interfacing with municipalities and utility owners.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project coordination, safety standards, and execution planning
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or practical engineer; advanced degrees a plus
Advantage for rail/metro/tunneling experience.
Experience working in or with international project management and EPC firms preferred
