we are looking for an experienced Fullstack and Webflow developer to join the Growth team. Were looking for a peoples person with a keen eye for design and user experience, to help us develop web based marketing and product pages
You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to envision the next generation of funnel, experience and build new products driving users to take action via the marketing site, landing pages and embedded widgets environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the development and maintenance of Webflow pages across the company's marketing site and product-related microsites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and consistency with brand and design guidelines
Build fullstack features and tools that support Growth initiativessuch as landing pages, interactive components, dashboards, and other user-facing experiencesaimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and conversio
Integrate Webflow with internal systems and APIs, enabling data-driven and personalized web experiences that support the marketing and product pipeline
Develop Growth products (e.g., widgets, embeddable tools, data visualizations) that live both on and outside the companys main site to drive lead generation and business impact
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing web assets, ensuring they remain up to date, functional, and optimized for performance and SEO
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and data teams to translate ideas into working solutions that align with business goals

3+ years of experience as a Webflow developer
2+ years with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2+ years of React development
1+ year of Node.js experience
Experience with third-party libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Finsweet, Swiper.js)
Experience with API integrations
Self-starter with a quick learning curve
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Advantages:
Experience with data visualization
Knowledge of SEO, web analytics software and A/B testing lifecycle
