Were gearing up for a 2026 launch and looking for our first hire in monetization to join the core team and take ownership of one of the most critical pillars of our business.About The RoleAs Head of Monetization, youll be the architect and operator of all revenue-driving initiatives across the player lifecycle. Your mission is simple-but not easy: maximize player LTV, daily revenue, and retention. Youll design the monetization engine from the ground up - including strategy, tools, operations, and team structure-and be deeply hands-on as we scale.You will own the monetization calendar, lead promotional execution, optimize in-game offers and pricing, and drive reactivation strategies for churned players.
