This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about finance operations in a fast-paced tech company, gaining exposure to the core tasks that support our financial health. Youll assist the team with day-to-day activities and gain hands-on experience that will help build your financial skill set. This role is based in our Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to the Director of Finance.
What you will be responsible for:
Billing & Customer Account Management:
* Assist in building out our company's billing platform with customer setup, subscription activations/changes/cancellations, invoice adjustments, and credit processing.
* Support reconciliation of billing data with salesforce to ensure accuracy. A/R and Collections Support: Track outstanding payments, assist with follow-ups and maintain accurate records. Expense system :
* Assist in managing the expense system by tracking and reviewing expenses and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
* Support ad hoc finance projects, including data research and basic analysis related to cost control and reporting. Financial Reporting: Update data and prepare basic reports such as spend, expenses and collections summaries. Process Improvement & Projects: Support ad hoc projects, research, and analysis, and suggest improvements to billing and finance workflows.
The top candidate will also have:

* Prior internship or coursework involving basic finance, accounting, or data analysis.
* Interest or experience with automation tools or AI-assisted productivity apps.
