we are looking for a strategic leader to own and scale our ERP systems. As ERP Implementation Senior Manager, youll drive end-to-end ERP projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our ERP platform is continuously optimized to power smarter decisions and efficient operations. What Youll Do
* Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations from planning to post go-live.
* Oversee daily ERP operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
* Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT to streamline processes.
* Shape ERP strategy, roadmaps, and system improvements that align with business goals.
* Manage vendors, budgets, and global teams while fostering system adoption and best practices.
* Mentor and develop ERP analysts, administrators, and support staff.

* 7+ years experience in ERP management/implementation; proven success in leading major ERP projects.
* 5+ years managing teams and vendors; experience in global/industrial companies preferred.
* Strong business process analysis and improvement background.
* Deep ERP expertise (QAD a plus), with knowledge of integrations, databases, and cloud/on-prem models.
