Recruitment Manager for a Global Tech Company Reporting Directly to the CEO

At OMC Group, a global technology company growing in the fields of cloud and software development, were looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us and play a key role in shaping our people and culture.
What will you be doing?

Leading the recruitment function end-to-end, with a strong focus on tech positions.
Working directly with the CEO as part of the management team influencing not only who joins us, but also how our organizational culture is built and sustained.
Being part of a dynamic, global, and innovative environment with real challenges and plenty of opportunities to make an impact.

Requirements:
What matters most to us?

Proven experience managing recruitment (including managing recruiters) a must.
Independence, initiative, and the ability to drive processes end-to-end.
Experience with high-volume hiring a strong advantage.
And above all a genuine passion for people, attention to detail, and the desire to grow with us.
Based in Kiryat Bialik
