Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and architectures for complex software systems.
Lead the definition and implementation of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices across various projects.
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure testability, identify risks, and optimize testing efforts.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Define and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.

Lead the definition and implementation of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices across various projects.
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure testability, identify risks, and optimize testing efforts.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Architect or similar leadership role.
Deep understanding of various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, security, integration, regression).
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end testing solutions for large-scale applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
