we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic QA Team Lead to join The R&D Team.
In this role, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of highly technical and experienced QA engineers.
Mentor the dev teams - Implement quality assurance practices, methodologies, and test strategies.
Oversee the automation infrastructure, from architecture to implementation.
Integrate automated testing processes into the testing lifecycle.
Recruit, mentor, and develop employees to cultivate a best-in-class quality organization.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience managing QA & Automation teams (managing at least 4 team members)
4+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools - automation, networking, web protocols, databases, VM and cloud environments
Proven experience with building and maintaining an automation framework from scratch
Experience working with complex systems
Strong technical skills: ability to deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
