We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation team. The position requires troubleshooting production monitoring alerts and managing production infrastructure.
In this position you will:
Monitor production infrastructure and perform ongoing support and maintenance
Have overall responsibility for solving Tier-1 Cases under defined SLA's
Work closely with the companys technical account managers and Sales teams.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of similar position
Experience with Linux
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of networks
Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
Detail-oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
Fluent English - must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
Nice to have:
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, or Java
Experience with GCP, OCI,AWS
Experience with SQL, BQ
Experience with MongoDB.
