Import & Export Admin (5825)

Requirements:
We are seeking a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join our OPS team. This role combines order processing with logistics responsibilities, including import and export activities. The position requires close collaboration with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of orders, shipments, and customer service activities. Responsibilities:
Process customer sales orders and service orders in Priority ERP
Coordinate and monitor shipments, including import and export activities
Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Manage invoicing and related documentation
Track and report on shipment activity
Support the team during peak workload periods Responsibilities:
Oversee export and import shipment activities
Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing
Required Qualifications:
35 years of experience in order processing, invoicing, and import/export logistics
Proven experience with Priority ERP
Fluent in English (reading and writing)
Strong customer service orientation
