We are seeking an Algorithm Developer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, simulations, and optimization. In this role, you will tackle complex challenges and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize algorithms for energy management, anomaly detection and forecasting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific models into efficient algorithms and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
* Conduct performance analysis and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* Leverage modern data science techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and support decision-making.
* Document algorithm development workflows and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
* MSc/PhD in Computer Science, electrical engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in algorithm development (candidates with strong data science or research backgrounds will also be considered).
* High proficiency in Python and demonstrated ability to take ideas end-to-end: from mathematical concept prototype production-grade solution.
* Hands-on experience with data science frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or similar.
* Strong background in statistics and data analysis techniques.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Taking ownership of solutions, working independently, and collaborating to bring innovative ideas to the team. Advantages
* Experience with time series modeling and analysis.
* Proficiency in one or more of the following domains: NLP, CV, RL, RecSys, Optimization.
* Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and workflows, including techniques such as fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and orchestration tools like LangGraph.
