Were looking for an expert 3D Computer Vision Engineer to lead and implement advanced algorithms for scene reconstruction, plane estimation, and 3D object detection. You will focus on geometry-based approaches to build precise spatial understanding of indoor environments, directly influencing production-grade mobile applications.

This hands-on role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants to own the development process end-to-end while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver immersive, performant 3D systems that redefine how people engage with technology.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize advanced 3D vision algorithms for scene understanding.

Work with depth maps, AR data, and point clouds to extract and analyze room structure.

Transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready implementations on mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Contribute to architectural decisions and set technical direction for 3D spatial computing.

Maintain clean, well-documented, and modular code.

Act as a technical mentor while remaining deeply hands-on with the codebase.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in computer vision or algorithm development, with a focus on practical, production deployment.

5+ years working specifically with 3D data, spatial algorithms, and geometry-based approaches.

Strong proficiency in Python. experience in C++, Swift, Java, or Kotlin as an advantage.

Deep understanding of 3D geometry, camera models, calibration, SLAM, and coordinate systems.
Familiarity with AR frameworks (ARKit, ARCore) and libraries such as Open3D, PCL, or similar.

Proven track record of optimizing algorithms for real-time, mobile, and resource-constrained environments.

Experience with rendering pipelines and 3D visualization.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across AI, product, and engineering teams.

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
