Education Product manager

We are searching for an independent, self motivated, creative, and organized product manager to focus on the LMS side of our product team. As a product manager you will be responsible for helping shape and refine our new and current products and create our technology roadmap. You will report directly to the VP of Product while working closely with the commercial and R&D teams. As the Product Manager, you will influence the product strategy, own your roadmap and produce specifications that evolve the platforms feature set for both internal and external customers, and work closely with engineering to ensure quality deliverables on time.

What Youll Do
Own the LMS Integration Strategy Define and execute the roadmap for integrating
with top LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Google
Classroom, etc.).
Drive the execution of all processes in the LMS product lifecycle Including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Understand the Education Ecosystem Conduct user research to identify challenges faced by educators, students, and administrators regarding plagiarism and AI content detection.
Define & Prioritize Features Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop features that enhance usability, accessibility, and effectiveness within educational environments.
Collaborate with Engineering Partner closely with developers to scope technical requirements and ensure smooth implementation of LMS plugins, LTI standards, accessibility, and APIs.
Drive Adoption & Engagement Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance product onboarding, training materials, and engagement strategies for educators.
Monitor Performance Define KPIs, analyze usage data, and collect feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Ensure Compliance & Standards Stay up to date on data privacy (FERPA, GDPR) and interoperability standards (LTI, SCORM, xAPI).
