Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.

Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment and infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
Provide on-site customer support and professional representation during solution installations.
Maintain and optimize networking configurations, DNS management, and load balancing solutions.
Support database operations and ensure proper backup and recovery procedures
Create and maintain technical documentation and best practice guidelines

Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud.
