*Salary:* 15K-25K NIS per month

*Work Schedule:* Sunday - Thursday (Full-time)

*Role Overview:* As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-level design concepts across print, digital, and motion graphics. This role requires expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with a foundational understanding of Figma for digital design tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and other teams to create compelling, brand-aligned visuals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
\* Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing, and advertising materials.

\* Develop high-quality layouts for print and digital assets.

\* Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects.

\* Maintain and evolve Ephoca's brand identity across multiple platforms.

\* Work on packaging, editorial, and promotional designs as needed.

\* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align visual messaging.

\* Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

\* Use basic Figma skills for UI/UX design elements when necessary.Requirements:

\* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

\* Basic understanding of Figma for digital design.

\* Strong expertise in branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

\* Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.

\* Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

\* A strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, and motion work.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

\* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related fields.

\* Experience in both print and digital design.

\* Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

\* Experience working in an agency or in-house creative team.
