We are looking for a highly motivated Payments Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, the ability to acquire complex knowledge autonomously, and a strong focus on optimization and automation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated monitoring processes to track payment flows, anomalies, and performance KPIs.
Responsibilities
Analyze the performance and cost of payment providers and recommend action plans to management
Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts to automate monitoring and reporting processes
Monitor daily payments activity and flag irregularities
Investigate discrepancies and proactively communicate insights and resolutions
Analyze trends and help predict potential issues or optimizations in payment operations
Create financial models for data-oriented decision support
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver results independently.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering/Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics
Proficient in Python with experience building automation and monitoring tools
Familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau - advantage)
Complex problem-solving ability, agility in a dynamic environment, and strong quantitative and analytical competency
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
