Event Manager (Temporary Position)

Were looking for a dynamic Event Manager to join our team and lead the planning and flawless execution of high-impact corporate and sales events. From major trade shows to intimate VIP experiences, youll bring our brand to life, creating memorable moments that connect with our customers and partners. Youll collaborate across teams, work with top vendors, and see the direct results of your work reflected in company growth and customer engagement.
This is a short term contractor role.
What you'll be doing
Lead the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of corporate and sales events, including trade show activations, ensuring all experiences align with business objectives and reflect the companys brand values.
Drive internal and external team meetings, manage timelines, and ensure regular communication of project milestones and updates.
Oversee event operations and logistics, including vendor coordination, onsite support, and post-event wrap-up.
Manage and reconcile multiple event budgets, including purchase order creation and approvals in collaboration with the Finance team.
Support the regional Events Manager with smaller-scale activations such as VIP dinners, networking receptions, and community meetups.
