Senior Marketer

We're expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Senior Marketer to impact how millions of people around the world learn or discover something new like music, singing, drawing, and more. This is a hands-on role within a multidisciplinary team, in which youll own the marketing end-to-end, understand different audiences and how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.

If you're truly passionate about driving growth, have a deep understanding of audience behavior and the consumer journey, and excel at creating and executing impactful marketing strategies and messaging across channels like web, product, email, and ads, you might be our ideal candidate. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and data analysts to drive value creation and accelerate business growth.

What will you do

Generalist marketing: Youll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
User flow strategy: Develop and optimize in-app & web flows to maximize conversion at each step.
Direct-to-consumer strategy: Youll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, writing and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
Audience-first thinking: Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
