Key Responsibilities
Lead deep-dive investigations into complex networking and production issues, collaborating across teams to ensure stability and reliability.
Design, troubleshoot, and optimize network architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Build and improve monitoring strategies to detect and prevent issues before they impact customers.
Reduce operational workload and improve SLA response time through automation and self-healing mechanisms.
Support critical production issues.
Perform advanced network troubleshooting and resolve recurring platform issues across multi-region environments.
Assist Account Managers and Customer Success teams with complex and strategic network implementations.
