Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the organization's worldwide testing equipment, manufacturing equipment, facilities and infrastructure. Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the company equipment needs and technical requirements, for all the company sites at global perspective.
* Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
* Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with external contractors.
* Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
* Manage maintenance, equipment and testing equipment budgets, procurement, and inventory.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
* Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs.
* Ensure 24/7 plant and facility operation

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineer/ maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, RF - Significant advantage
* Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineer/ maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, RF - Significant advantage
* Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
