We are looking for a Commission Support Specialist to provide first-line support to sales managers on commission-related matters. You'll lead training plans to enhance sales team's commission knowledge and drive the sales enablement program. Additionally, your role will be crucial in the day-to-day operations of sales incentive plans, requiring analytical skills. Collaborating closely with sales managers, HR, sales operations, and finance teams is integral to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to sales managers on commission-related inquiries and issues.
Lead training programs to enhance the sales team's understanding of commission structures and processes.
Collaborate with sales managers, HR, sales operations, and finance teams for smooth day-to-day operations of sales incentive plans.
Utilize analytical skills to monitor and analyze commission data, identify trends, and provide insights for improved commission effectiveness.

Requirements:
BA in Economics, Industrial engineering, or Business Administration from a leading university - must.
Excellent English mandatory.
Excellent service orientation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High-level of proficiency and experience with Excel skills and MS Office Applications (Anaplan skills advantage).
Problem solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented, fast learner with strong execution drive.
