We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience to join our MIS Applications team. In this role, you will work on the development and operation of internal enterprise-grade web applications that power our business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of internal web applications from architecture to deployment.
Translate business needs into well-designed and implemented features.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Design and implement AI-enhanced features (e.g., intelligent search, automation workflows, and chatbots) using Azure OpenAI.
Develop and integrate robust search engine capabilities and scalable ETL processes.
Stay on top of emerging technologies, particularly around AI and data engineering, and proactively incorporate relevant innovations.
