Were hiring a CTO.
A precision oncology startup developing an AI-powered SaaS platform that analyzes DNA and RNA data to provide Real-Time, personalized treatment recommendations for cancer patients.
Were looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer ( CTO ) to join our leadership team and drive the transition from MVP to a scalable, production-grade clinical platform.
What youll do:
Lead end-to-end product development and scaling.
Build and expand a multidisciplinary team (software, ML, bioinformatics, etc.).
Own cloud architecture, cost, and performance.
Work closely with clinicians to integrate into U.S. hospital workflows.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance (FDA/CE, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR).

Requirements:
What were looking for:
Proven track record leading complex tech teams and delivering healthcare SaaS.Experience in AI/ML (deep learning).
Familiarity with NGS, RNA-Seq, or other omics workflows.
Bonus: biomarker discovery, patient stratification, EHR/EMR integration, Health-Tech startup leadership.
