Product Manager

As a Product Manager for the Wiliot Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our cloud-based platform, which enables seamless connectivity, data management, and advanced analytics for our cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and customer success, to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cloud-based platforms and IoT ecosystems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years proven experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based B2B platforms and IoT ecosystems.
Strong technical background and understanding of cloud computing, data management, APIs, and FE applications.
Experience in working with AI Tools, Mobile tools and analytics dashboards
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS applications and application hosting infrastructure for API-based platforms.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer needs with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the long-term product strategy for the Wiliot Cloud Platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities, to guide the evolution and expansion of the platform.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to identify and prioritize customer needs, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product vision, drive effective execution, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies to drive product development, including iterative releases, frequent testing, and continuous improvement.
User Experience (UX): Champion the importance of user-centric design and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across the Wiliot Cloud Platform.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation, understand industry trends, and make informed product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, project status, and roadmap plans to key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment and building strong relationships.
Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, monitoring and analyzing product performance to inform future enhancements and drive data-driven decision-making.
