Join a company transforming cancer care with cutting-edge technology.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead multidisciplinary R D teams and oversee the full product lifecycle- from innovation to commercialization.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead R D across hardware, software, mechanics clinical engineering
- Own tech roadmap, product development design transfer
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, CE, ISO 13485)
- Collaborate with operations, clinical, and manufacturing teams
- Drive innovation, quality, and cross-functional alignment

Requirements:
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in R D leadership (medical devices, capital equipment)
- Experience with FDA/CE-regulated product development
- Knowledge of design controls cross-functional R D
- Oncology/clinical tech experience a plus
- Fluent English
- Strong, collaborative leadership
- Strategic and hands-on
- Proven team and process scaling skills
- Results-driven with attention to quality and accountability
