A leading financial advisory and investment banking firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Finance and Investment Banking Division.
This role involves providing business, financial, and economic support to some of the largest companies in the Israeli market, across a wide range of capital market activities. These include M A transactions, valuations, financing and credit rating processes, collaboration with investors and financial institutions, and advisory services for IPOs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law (honors graduates preferred)
Masters degree an advantage
24 years of relevant experience in the capital markets or within the economic, investment banking, or M A departments of one of the BIG4 firms
Proven experience in supporting and guiding clients through financing processes
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
High level of proficiency in English mandatory
Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
