Position Overview:
Full organizational management of the companys operations in Israel and abroad.
Leading and coordinating all departments: Finance, Content, Sales, Marketing, Digital, HR, and Production.
Building organizational processes, implementing procedures, and monitoring performance.
Responsibility for international coordination and managing cross-company projects.
Working directly with the CEO translating vision and strategic decisions into actionable work plans.
Continuous development and optimization of organizational systems and management infrastructure.

Requirements:
Proven senior-level experience in organizational/administrative management in a large company mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in managing executives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Fluency in Hebrew and English mandatory.
Deep familiarity with the Haredi sector and strong business understanding of the international Jewish-Haredi market mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and systemic vision.
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive complex change.
