The Full Stack Developer - team lead - will oversee the full spectrum of development activities across ATE applications. The role demands a blend of continues support, hands-on coding expertise, leadership, and effective stakeholder communication. Responsibilities
* Leading a Team: Guide a team of developers using Agile methodologies.
* Stakeholder Communication: Interface with various teams (developers, DevOps ) and support tiers.
* Project Management: Plan, execute, and validate team work according to design and requirements.
* Best Practices: Ensure high standards in software development and code quality.
* Hands-On Coding: Participate in design and feature implementation.
* Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
