We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with proven experience in the iGaming industry (online gaming, betting, or related sectors).
The CFO will lead all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the companys financial strategy, support the CEO and management with insights on growth, risk, and investments, and promote data -driven decision-making.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, track iGaming-specific KPIs (player acquisition, lifetime value, market performance), and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdict

Requirements:
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader, preferably within iGaming, online betting, or digital entertainment sectors.
Strong knowledge of iGaming regulatory frameworks, multi jurisdictional tax systems, and AML/KYC standards.
Expertise in corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, and capital market operations.
Solid understanding of digital payments, PSPs, fraud prevention, and cryptocurrency (advantageous).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
