A leading High Tech company is looking for Business Finance Director
Lead and develop a team of business partners, supporting one of the companys core business units.
Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP and his management team, driving business success while aligning financial strategies with company goals.
Introducing a subscription-based model within the unit, shaping financial structures, redefining performance metrics, and ensuring business unit leaders are equipped to navigate the change.
Continuously analyze the sales funnel, identifying key insights and potential risks to enhance decision-making.
Oversee financial processes, including quarter-end closings, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering data -driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Requirements
An economic degree or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
reports to VP finance and CFO
3-4 years of proven experience as a Finance Director.
Deep business and financial acumen, with the ability to model, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports.
Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and guide a team to achieve high standards.
Self-sufficiency and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-growing environment.
