We are seeking a Solution Manager to lead the Request for Enhancement (RFE) process, supporting our global sales organization and driving product excellence.
This is a temporary position intended as a maternity leave replacement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing and validating customer business and technical requests
Drive customers solutions, while emphasizing the best fit between the customer and Product Organization
Serving as a subject matter expert on our companys main-train technologies
Drive R&D and QA resources to advocate for customer requests for product enhancements, based on business
Managing RFE release planning with R&D
Leading headquarter technical escalation for opportunities that require product specialization with senior managers
Visit customers and partners worldwide (~10% of time).

Requirements:
In-depth familiarity with our company products.
37 years of experience in network engineering or architecture; customer-facing roles are an advantage.
Solid background in Information Technology, with a focus on developing complex projects involving substantial infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience in project, team, group, or program management.
