Backend Engineer

We're seeking a talented, versatile, and highly independent Backend Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be in charge of end-to-end development and significantly impact both the product and technical decisions.
The team is focused on providing medical teams with insights and optimizing their time spent on documentation.
The teams challenge is to build a scalable AI-based product while continuously enhancing it with new features and capabilities.
Suggestions Engine team: The team in Navina is responsible for extracting clinical information from different data objects, reconciling different data points, and building diagnosis suggestions that are presented to physicians at the point of care. The team is responsible for five microservices, including the core business logic engine and other AI-based services.
Data Team:
The team is responsible for ingesting and processing data from multiple external sources while building and maintaining an internal serving platform. Our key challenges include operating at scale, integrating with diverse external interfaces, and ensuring the data is served in a consistent and reliable manner.
Core team: The team focuses on building scalable and reusable infrastructure components and services that streamline development processes, enhance efficiency, and accelerate development velocity.
