We are hiring a hands-on QA Team Manager to lead our R&D validation and verification team across
both automated and manual testing in Israel and abroad.
Goals: Shape the Quality Assurance strategy, build and coach a high-performing team, evolve our
automation tools. be an integrated part of R&D and Operations to deliver reliable, secure, and
performant releases of products at pace.
Improve product quality and delivery speed, for multidisciplinary products. ensure products
functionality and provide high testability (manual and automated).

10+ years in QA /Quality Engineering with strong manual and automation experience
3+ years leading QA teams (people management, hiring, coaching, delivery ownership)
Previous experience in testing and qualifying multidisciplinary products
Understanding electricity and electrical energy basics is an advantage
Practical knowledge of communication protocols TCP/IP, Modbus, (more protocols
advantage)
Ethernet, Serial communications - hands-on experience
Proven experience in writing TEST documents
Jira, TestRail or other Quality Management Systems - hands-on experience
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, more languages advantage
Leader, Self-learner, team worker, creative, thrives on intellectual challenges
