We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the leadership team and take full ownership of the product function from vision to execution. This is a strategic, hands-on role with responsibility for product, UX / UI, cross-team alignment, and delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Leading Product Strategy across all company platforms and initiatives
Defining the product roadmap and translating company vision into clear goals and processes
Establishing effective workflows across R&D, marketing, customer success, and analytics
Driving innovation, User Experience, and business impact through product development
Conducting market research, data analysis, and user needs mapping to inform decisions
Acting as a strategic partner to the executive team, with regular reporting and insight sharing
Responsibilities include:

5+ years of experience in digital product management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Background in startups or growth-stage companies strong advantage
Experience with B2C or B2B2C products advantage for health, wellness, or lifestyle domains
Deep understanding of product lifecycle, development processes, and User Experience best practices
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience in digital product management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Background in startups or growth-stage companies strong advantage
