This role involves processing payments and transfers, overseeing local and international accounts, responsibility for cash management across banks and clients, compliance, collecting and processing tax materials across clients and coordination with external accountants, tax consultants, and financial institutions, and ongoing ad-hoc finance issues.

Requirements:
Engaging regularly with banks and monitoring wire transfers. Processing end executing bank transfers and payments (for capital calls, investments, personal payments etc.)
Track and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups
Track and manage the liquidity across banks and clients (deposits, MMFs etc.)
Track portfolio investment allocation, capital commitments, investment returns and other receivables
Track, projection and oversight of distributions, returns and projected cashflows from investments and other significant cashflows
Internal integration and oversight of the financial consolidation and reporting systems on a client basis.
Tax Reporting, Planning and Structuring:
Engage in Israeli and International tax reporting
Engage in the processes with third party accountants on items such as annual tax filings, capital declarations, tax op
