Commercial Counsel

w are looking to add a new team member to our legal department as a key member of our legal team,
with the opportunity to shape processes, influence strategy, and grow alongside a rapidly scaling
company.
If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a
dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, we are where you want to be! We view the ideal
candidate as one who has excellent business acumen and experience running commercial agreements
from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will partner with internal stakeholders (GTM,
Customer Success, Procurement, Marketing, Dev and Security) in managing, negotiating and executing
commercial transactions, as well as providing ongoing legal advice.
In addition, you will provide guidance, support and leadership to cross-functional teams worldwide about
various legal and regulatory matters such as data privacy and security issues.
