About the Role
We are seeking an experienced JAVA team leader to manage a small team of developers
This position combines hands-on development with leadership, agile delivery, and close collaboration with business stakeholders
What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 developers-
Drive agile processes and serve as Scrum Master-
Assign tasks, track execution, and ensure timely delivery-
Work with business teams to support banking and enterprise solutions-
Troubleshoot and balance workloads effectively-

Requirements (Must-Have)
2+ years of experience managing a development team-
Strong Oracle / PL/SQL expertise, including writing complex procedures and queries-
Hands-on JAVA development (Groovy strong plus)-
Knowledge of API integration and large, complex systems-
system analysis experience-
Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills-
Ability to work independently under pressure-
Strong communication and collaboration skills-
Professional references required-
Nice to Have
Shell scripting (Bash)-
Experience with DataStage-
Requirements (Must-Have)
