We are looking for a creative, performance oriented Senior Campaign Manager with a passion for experimentation and a proven track record in B2B digital advertising. Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns in B2B environments.
Proven track record of rapid professional growth and increasing scope of responsibility.
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue impact through digital advertising.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms including bidding strategies, targeting, and creative best practices.
Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Experience running structured experiments and using data to guide decision-making.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, high ownership environment.
A growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.
