Required Senior Product Designer
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to final handoff.
Validate designs through research, user feedback, and data.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including reusable patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define and ship features that matter.
Lead design thinking sessions to solve challenging UX problems.
Work closely with your squad to ensure high-quality implementation.
Present your work across disciplines and to senior stakeholders with clarity and storytelling.

5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and complex systems.
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and UI work.
Proven experience designing and scaling structured design systems.
Strong problem-solving mindset, able to generate multiple design solutions quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered creative tools (lovable, Bolt etc.)
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven skills in user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design
Advantage:
Experience designing (and using) tools for creative professionals, especially within photography, editing, or post-production environments.
Proven experience designing and implementing a design system
Academic background in Design, HCI, or a related field.
