Develop and execute the companys technology roadmap, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
Lead a team of 30 employees,technicians and engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a results-driven culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with 10 vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of new projects, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
Oversee the integration and optimization of existing systems, including satellite communication, radars, and data centers.
Serve as a hands-on technical leader, providing guidance and support to the team.
Ensure adherence to quality control,security, and risk management standards.
Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovationand competitive advantage

Requirements:
Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
10+ years in senior technical roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership position (e.g., CTO, Senior Technology Manager, or Technical Director).
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams, with experience in satellite communication, data security, and advanced systems integration.
Experience in Africa is a strong bonus.
High-level proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and presentation skills.
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and strategic planning capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle cross-cultural challenges effectively.
