We are seeking for BI Operation to join our BI team, situated within the R&D department, plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making at all company departments by developing and shaping end-to-end data processes, developing reports and dashboards, as well as designing technical and business monitoring systems, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and ensuring smooth data flow.
As a BI operation analyst, You play a key role in maintaining a solid data infrastructure and empowering the company's departments with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Gain in-depth understanding of discrepancy processes across all departments, including workflows and algorithms, with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.
Develop and maintain data integrations with brand partners, acting as a central knowledge resource for integration capabilities.
Collaborate with various departments to help them interpret available data and identify relevant, data-driven solutions.
Own and manage the companys data visualization tools, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of multiple teams.
Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the company's alerting system, ensuring proactive issue detection and monitoring.
Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
Build and manage Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration and automation.

Strong SQL skills (complex queries, with an advantage for stored procedures).
Proficiency in Excel.
Hands-on experience with a BI system (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), even if from an academic project.
Hands-on experience with Python.
Familiar with BigQuery and AWS.
Detail-oriented, with proven experience working under a tight schedule.
Proven Business sense and high motivation to combine analytical and technical skills with business needs.
B.A/B.Sc. University degree - preferably in Industrial engineering, information systems or another related quantitative field - Advantage.
Excellent communication skills, a real team player.
Advantageous Skills:
Familiarity with Python.
Familiarity with DBT.
Experience with Airflow or other scheduling/orchestration tools.
Experience with BigQuery.
