What Youll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sales strategy, Growth effectiveness, and operational decisions by transforming data into insights and actions.
Core Responsibilities
Define, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to improve product performance and user experience.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems.
Designed and built interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse teams using Tableau.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives: from data collection and modeling to insight delivery and follow-through.
Conduct user funnel analysis, monetization deep-dives, cohort tracking, and retention modeling.
Run and evaluate A/B tests to support data-driven product and marketing decisions.
Define event tracking plans for user interactions (Mixpanel).
Partner with Data Engineers to ensure scalable and clean data models in Snowflake or similar DWHs.
Uphold data integrity through validation, anomaly detection, and quality control measures.
