and we’re looking for a Development Team Lead (Cloud & AI, Full Stack)
Lead and build a new product with real world impact

✨ Role Description

Be part of a mission driven initiative shaping a brand new cloud based product that blends secure infrastructure with AI innovation
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team from concept and POC to deployment and scale, in an environment where technology meets purpose
A hybrid role that combines leadership, architecture, and hands on Full Stack development in a dynamic, security focused domain

Responsibilities

Define the technological vision and select the stack / architecture
Lead development of scalable, secure, and observable cloud microservices, including CI/CD pipelines
Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, MLOps, model serving, monitoring)
Hands on Full Stack development: Backend (Node.js / Python / Java) and Frontend (React / Angular / Vue)
Design and maintain air gapped deployments — critical systems operating securely without external connectivity
Collaborate with Product, Data, DevOps, and Security; manage dependencies and meet SLOs / SLAs
Establish infrastructure for observability (logging, metrics, tracing), security (IAM, encryption, secrets), and cost efficiency

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in technical leadership or team management
Expertise in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP): Kubernetes / Docker, IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation), networking
Strong Full Stack background: backend services, APIs, databases, and modern frontend frameworks
Proven experience building or maintaining air gapped / on prem systems: deployment, updates, internal repositories
